Day 1: Arrival in Tirana, city tour of Durres Departure for Durres: One of the oldest and most fascinating cities in Albania, located on the western coast of the country on the Adriatic Sea. Founded by Greek colonists in the 7th century BC, the city has a rich history shaped by Greeks, Romans, Byzantines, and Ottomans, leaving a diverse cultural and architectural heritage. Day 2: Elbasan and Berat Departure from Tirana to Elbasan: A city with a glorious past and a crossroads of cultures along the ancient Via Egnatia. Located in a fertile plain between mountains, Elbasan played an important role during the Roman, Byzantine, and Ottoman periods, leaving behind a rich historical and architectural heritage. Upon arrival, there will be a short tour of the historic center, surrounded by ancient Ottoman walls that are still well preserved. Within the walls there are buildings of great cultural value, including the 15th-century Turkish Hammam, the Clock Tower, and several traditional houses.
Of particular interest is also the small underground Church of St. Nicholas, hidden beneath a house in the center, which preserves frescoes dating back to the Byzantine period. Continuation to Berat: Also known as the “City of a One above One Windows,” Berat is one of the most fascinating and historic cities in Albania, located in the heart of the country. The city is renowned for its extraordinary Ottoman architecture, rich cultural heritage, and beautiful panoramic views. Planned activities:
Exploration of the Old Town of Berat in the Mangalem and Gorica quarters, with traditional Ottoman-style houses
Visit to Berat Castle, offering panoramic views of the city and the surrounding valley, and to the Onufri Museum
Return to Tirana for the night. Day 3: Tour of Kruja Departure for Kruja: Located on the scenic hills about 50 km north of Tirana, Kruja is famous for being the stronghold of Skanderbeg, the Albanian national hero of the 15th century. Here you can explore the majestic Kruja Castle, which dominates the town and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. In the heart of the town you can stroll through the old bazaar, walk along its ancient cobbled streets, and discover local handicraft treasures such as textiles and ceramics. Planned activities:

Exploration of the Kruja Bazaar for souvenirs and shopping
After lunch break, return to Tirana for the night, leisure/free time. Day 4: Last Day in Tirana Free time for walks and last-minute shopping. Transfer to Tirana Airport for departure. THE PACKAGE INCLUDES:
